A methodical approach
I’m Alistair. Ten years as a police officer, the last five as a detective — used to juggling several live cases at once, where a missed detail could matter a lot.
I finished my career in a cybercrime unit, so I’m genuinely comfortable with computer systems — handy for the website and tech side of what I do.
I run a small business too
Alongside this, my husband and I run The Inked Paw, a stationery and ink shop — I built and maintain the website and handle the day-to-day admin: invoicing, supplier orders, customer queries, and all the background admin that keeps a small shop running, while he does the creative and product side.
